ILLUMINATED TUNNELS UNFOLD IN THE DARK
The Dutch artist Tamar Frank is once again inspired by the 60’s visionary city of Albertslund. She explores the inner city’s labyrinth of pedestrian tunnels and bridges, where she challenges this modernist landscape. Tamar’s installations of light comment and connect the different levels of direction and movement in the city centre. The long passage of Skolegangen is transformed into a sense evoking illuminated path, inviting passers by to stop and experience the surroundings in a completely new way.

Light Path Crossing: 10-28 Feb. in the dark hours
Opening: 10 Feb. 16 hrs at Skolegangen
The opening of Light Path Crossing will be celebrated with exciting events, and the municipality provides hot drinks and snacks.
In continuation of the opening it is possible to participate in a city walk through the centre of Albertslund. The walk is arranged in connection to the introduction of the new municipality plan, and it will be possible to discuss related themes. The walk lasts 45 min. and is open for everyone.
